Ready Set Braid Policies

Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

A deposit is required to book and secure all appointments. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances unless deemed necessary and warranted by Shunise. 

Cancellations: 

Cancellations not made 48 hours in advance will asses a $100.00 fee. If not paid, you will not be able to schedule another appointment until the fee has been satisfied.

Grace Periods:

There will be a 15 minute grace period for all customers. After the 15 minutes have expired, there will be a late fee of $45.00. After 30 mins, your appointment will be canceled.

Based on certain circumstances such as head circumference, additional styling needs etc., an extra fee may be assessed.
